Founder
Heloísa Baldin
Economist, graduated from Unicamp, with more than 12 years of experience in financial markets, including over 7 years managing structured funds and working in the oil and gas sector at major financial institutions such as Barclays, Banco Pan and Genial Investimentos, as well as investment funds. Over the last 4 years she has developed revenue optimization projects both on the brokerage side and as a partner and executive at investment offices. She has extensive experience in equities, listed and exotic derivatives, and the structuring of complex investment vehicles.
Legal, Compliance & ESG
Ariel Kövesi
A consolidated career in legal and compliance, focused on structuring complex investment vehicles, securitization and fintech market expertise. Previously at Mattos Filho, UBS and Isaac and Arco Educação. Lawyer graduated from PUC-SP, holder of the Sustainable Investment Certificate from the CFA Institute and an Executive MBA from IESE Business School.

Suikinai Nobre
Recognized by Forbes as one of the "Innovative Women," she specializes in biotechnology and microbial processes, holding a PhD from the University of Porto and the University of São Paulo (USP). As the founder of a leading agtech, she bridges high-level biological research with agribusiness profitability. At Iwá, she oversees the technical validation of regenerative practices, ensuring that soil microbial health and biotech innovations translate into measurable productivity gains and high-integrity environmental assets.
